Emergency Medical Service (EMS) - Bill Payments and Information
For online payments, to provide insurance information and/or additional billing information, or for questions about ambulance service statements.The City of Sugar Land receives EMS payments through Emergicon.
Fire & EMS Fee Schedule
If your claim has been denied by your insurance due to Out-of Network status, please note that there is no emergency EMS provider network in the state of Texas for major commercial carriers. Since you can't control who comes to your door when you dial 911, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider and request they re-process the claim as In-Network due to the emergency nature of the service.

Fire Insurance Cost Reduction
The City of Sugar Land maintains a Public Protection Class rating of 2 in the incorporated city limits. A summary of the City's incorporated area rating and some surrounding areas is available below.
