Fire & EMS Fee Schedule
If your claim has been denied by your insurance due to Out-of Network status, please note that there is no emergency EMS provider network in the state of Texas for major commercial carriers.  Since you can't control who comes to your door when you dial 911, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider and request they re-process the claim as In-Network due to the emergency nature of the service.

Citizen Complaint Form

A citizen’s complaint and its subsequent investigation causes the department to examine the service that we provide to our community and to make necessary improvements in the delivery of those services. The citizen's complaint form must be signed and notarized.
