[ARCHIVED] Ragus Lakes Drainage Improvements - CIP DR1204

Construction Update - 11/8/13
Beginning Monday, November 11, Ragus Lake Drive at the Burney Road Intersection (East side of Burney Road) will be closed for two days from 7 am to 6 pm. Construction of the 24” water line offset adjustment will begin. All traffic will detour onto Vickery Drive.

Beginning Wednesday, November 13, 2013, traffic lanes along Burney Road at Ragus Lake Drive will be reduced to one lane to begin work laying the 8’ X 5’ RCB boxes at the outfall.

-----------------------------------------

Construction of drainage improvements will begin in the Ragus Lake neighborhood next week. The work will be done in phases and should take about a year to complete.

We are working to minimize disruptions during this period; however, the construction may cause parking and mobility inconveniences. We thank you for your patience as we complete this very important project intended to address flooding concerns in your area.

Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Idahosa Igbinoba, Project Manager, at 281-275-2780 or email cityengineer@sugarlandtx.gov.
