Lane Closure

Sugar Land Public Works began scheduled repairs on Eastbound University Blvd on Wednesday, Nov 12, between the Ditch H Bridge and Monarch Drive. The outside Eastbound lane of University Blvd is closed for repairs, and thru traffic will utilize the inside Eastbound lane. Due to an unexpected issue with drainage infrastructure, repairs will take longer than expected. Effort is being made to complete the project before the Thanksgiving holiday.
Please be mindful of work crews and expect traffic delays. Avoid the area if possible. Visit its.sugarlandtx.gov for current traffic conditions in Sugar Land.
