Portions of the Settlers Park subdivision regularly experience excessive street ponding during major storm events. This project will provide improvements to the stormwater infrastructure and reduce street ponding during major storm events.

  • The project requires the replacement of the existing stormwater pipes along Greenfield Drive, Mesquite Drive, and Sleepy Hollow Drive with new larger stormwater pipe and the replacement of the outfall into FBC LID No. 2, Ditch C.
  • In addition, all street paving on those streets, sidewalks, driveways to the right of way lines, and portions water mains within the project limits will be replaced.

Traffic detours and some water service disruptions can be expected. The construction is scheduled to begin in March and is anticipated to be completed in thirteen (13) months.
