Update: July 26, 2019
Paving has been completed on the north side of 7th Street. Eastbound traffic will be switched to north side lanes beginning July 26. The traffic switch is in anticipation of the completion of the paving in front of Sugar Land Middle School before August 14, 2019.

Work on this project will continue through the July 4 holiday and into Saturday (July 6). The work has been authorized in anticipation of the upcoming start of the school year.

The westbound lane of 7th Street from Sugar Land Middle School to West Green Belt Drive will be closed for traffic starting June 12 through August 14. A marked detour route will be available at West Green Belt Dr.
