[ARCHIVED] Citywide Sewer Collection System Rehabilitation

Update: January 22, 2019
Work crews will be moving into the Mayfield Park area today, January 22, 2019.

Residents are asked to be mindful of work crews during this time.  Visit its.sugarlandtx.gov for more information on Sugar Land travel data.

Update: January 17, 2019

The scheduled work and lane reductions on Sugar Creek Center Blvd. scheduled for Monday, January 21 will be postponed until further notice.

Update: January 15, 2019

Current lane closures on Sugar Creek Center Blvd. will reopen Wednesday through Sunday. One-lane closures in each direction will once again take place starting Monday, January 21 through Wednesday, January 23.

Residents are asked to be mindful of work crews during this time.  Visit its.sugarlandtx.gov for more information on Sugar Land travel data.

Update: January 10, 2019

Sugar Creek Center Blvd. will be reduced to one lane in each direction starting Monday, January 14, 2019. An additional crew will be working in the Sugar Creek Center area. The closures are expected to last approximately one week.

The scheduled work and lane reductions scheduled for Monday, January 7 will be rescheduled.

Sugar Creek Center Blvd. will be reduced to one lane in each direction starting Monday, January 7, 2019. An additional crew will be working in the Sugar Creek Center area. The closures are expected to last approximately one week.

The sanitary sewer collection system rehabilitation project is scheduled to begin November 5, 2018 in the Covington Woods area. Residents can expect construction equipment and activity in the neighborhood. Individual advance notices will be provided to those addresses that will be directly impacted. More information about this project is available on the CIP Story Map.
