Property will only be released after an appointment has been made. You will need to provide a valid ID for picking up your item.
If you are picking an item up for someone else, the owner needs to have given prior authorization to the Sugar Land Police Department for you to pick it up. Pickup times will be available from Monday through Friday, between 8am and 4pm.

- Case Number
- Your Name
- Your Contact Phone Number
- Item(s) requested to be released
Note: Please allow 5 business days for scheduling the release. If you are picking up an item for someone else, the owner needs to have given prior authorization to the Sugar Land Police Department for you to pick it up.
