The Facilities Master Plan aims to establish guidelines to create workplaces that foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. A component of this plan is addressing the deferred maintenance of City facilities. Currently, an update to the plan is underway, which includes a thorough assessment of the condition of City facilities.

2024 Bond Project

Based on guidance from the Facilities Master Plan, this project identifies and implements modifications and additions, as necessary, to existing City facilities, including rehabilitation of buildings and modernization of spaces to address City growth and service level expectations. Some examples of potential modifications include: Roofs, walls, and ceilings; Electrical, mechanical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (HVAC).
