Proposition C includes drainage modification projects in areas like Austin Parkway West, Chatham at McAllister, and Chimneystone. These projects are anticipated to reduce the depth and duration of ponding during rainfall events. The proposition also includes drainage modifications for locations such as South Highway 6 at Brooks Street and the Sugar Lakes area, where inlet replacements will increase the flow of stormwater.

Citywide drainage studies are also part of Proposition C. These studies will help identify future drainage projects and guide the city in making informed decisions on localized drainage modifications.
