The City operates two refueling locations for a fleet of over 500 vehicles: one at the Fleet Maintenance Facility on Gillingham Rd. and another behind Fire Station #4 on Austin Parkway, strategically positioned for optimal access.

The Austin Parkway site was built more than 20 years ago and currently has an out-of-service diesel tank due to a leak. Fuel systems last around 20 to 30 years before needing replacement.
