Track My Truck

Track My Truck is a new feature that provides service status updates, letting residents know when their trash pickup is expected to occur. Track My Truck can be used to properly prepare residential carts and spaces for service.

As a reminder: All carts should be placed at the curb by 7 a.m. on collection day.

  • Gain access to a more detailed view of truck locations for all waste streams.
  • Submit a missed pickup ticket.
  • Request additional collections.
  • Request a cart repair.
  • And more!

Use Track My Truck

This will take you to the Republic Services scheduling webpage with tracking information.

Instructions

  1. Republic Services Account Holders
  2. Track Without an Account

Log into your account and click on "See Schedule" at the top of the page to view your tracking information. This will show service details for all your waste streams, regardless of whether it’s your scheduled pickup day.

Additionally, by selecting “My Account” and then “My Dashboard,” you will be able to access Track My Truck and other service options.
