December 22, 2025 – Sugar Land, TX – The Fort Bend County Grand Jury has returned an indictment for Azul Shirazali Jaffer, charging him with Performing Surgery While Intoxicated, a felony offense. Following the return of the indictment earlier today, SLPD officers arrested Jaffer. He has been booked into the Fort Bend County Jail. SLPD case #25-08823.
