The City of Sugar Land has filed a subsequent Catastrophe Notice under the Texas Public Information Act on October 15, 2025, due to the ongoing impacts of the cyber incident experienced on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
All information remains the same as previously posted. You may continue to submit requests; however, please be aware that they will not be processed until access to records is restored. Requests submitted prior to October 10, 2025, that were already in process may be fulfilled if all responsive records are available and payment can be made by check.
The City will resume normal processing of requests as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
