1. I have previously submitted permits, licenses and plan reviews to the city, will I have to register in the new CSS portal?
2. I currently have an active application, license and/or plan review. Will I be able to check its status on the new CSS portal?
3. Will I be able to see previous permits, licenses and plan reviews in the new CSS portal?
4. Can I still drop off documents and/or a USB flash drive at City Hall to start an application?
5. Can I pay with a credit card?
6. I don’t have a computer with internet access or the know-how to be able to navigate through the CSS portal, how should I handle submittal of permits, licenses, plan reviews, and payments?
