The Clyde and Nancy Jacks Conference Center at First Colony Park is 3,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 100 guests. The conference center is reserved for private functions and social gatherings. As of summer 2022, new high efficiency commercial grade doors and storefront windows have been installed to replaced the older wooden doors / windows.
The conference center was renamed in June 2018 in honor of Clyde and Nancy Jacks, whose leadership and service in the Sugar Land community played a key role in making Sugar Land a top nationally recognized city to live in.
