Heal Yourself DAHN Yoga with Uzii

Dahn means 'energy.' This class focuses on physical, heart,and brain health. JK Fitness Boot Camp

The JK Fitness Boot Camp program is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. Includes: dynamic stretching and running, interval training, lifting weights/objects, pulling rubber TRX straps, pushups/situps, plyometrics, and various types of aerobic routines to help reduce body weight, body toning, and many health benefits.  View Flyer

Tae Kwon Do
