About the Plan
In May 2011, the City of Sugar Land's City Council adopted a Comprehensive Mobility Plan for Sugar Land. This plan identifies recommendations necessary to accomplish the City's long-range vision for mobility. The plan considers the potential for all modes of transportation, including commuter transit and commuter rail, freight rail, intra-city transit, walking, biking, and automobile. The plan was the result of a nine-month study, which drew on extensive public input.
