Case for Action

The Case for Action defines why the City is undertaking this mobility planning effort and the potential benefits that can lead to meaningful changes to transportation options for people traveling to and within Sugar Land. To serve both residents and visitors of Sugar Land, the City needs a dynamic and comprehensive transportation network that not only accommodates the City today, but is responsive and proactive to the future changes that are expected to support a thriving City. The Case for Action is based on input received from the Mobility Task Force, key stakeholders, and insights from the State of Mobility which is an input for the vision and goals.
