Sugar Land Municipal Court has resumed in-person jury proceedings.
All other court hearings are being conducted virtually using the Zoom application (see Virtual Court Process for more information).
The Sugar Land Municipal Court is a Court of Record, handling cases involving Class C misdemeanors. Generally, such cases are punishable by fine only.
