Earth Day Celebration

Called Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Rock, the event will feature a wide variety of performances, displays, demonstrations, and activities. Planned activities and events include:

  • Reptile shows by Texas Snakes & More
  • Eco-friendly displays and demonstrations
  • Interactive games
  • Educational booths
  • Nutty Scientist Nature and Eclectic Outdoors

About Texas Snakes & More

Texas Snakes & More snake and reptile shows educate and entertain people of all ages - dispel myths and misconceptions, and bring about a greater appreciation and respect for these fascinating animals.

About Vocal Trash

Described as, “Glee Meets Stomp”, this green minded ensemble delights audiences, globally, on a relentless pursuit to bring people together utilizing the universal language of song and dance.

Paper Shredding

Paper shredding will be provided by ProShred at no cost from 3pm - 6pm in the City Hall parking lot. If you are interested in having paper shredded, please note the following guidelines:
  • Residents must remain in their vehicles at all times.
  • Walk-ups will not be accepted.
  • ProShred staff will remove items from vehicles.
  • Residents may not be able to watch their documents get shredded.
  • Containers used to transport items and papers will not be returned.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about your organization as they visit your interactive exhibit to view demonstrations or participate in an activity. There is no exhibitor fee!! We will provide a tent, one 6-foot table and two chairs for your booth. You will need to provide your own table covering.
