Office Hours

The Sugar Land Utilities Department provides 24 hour response to requests for Utility related emergency services. To report an emergency such as a major water leak or sewer stoppage during normal working hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday), call the Utilities Department at 281-275-2450.

After Hours

To report emergencies after normal working hours or on weekends, call 281-275-2450 to reach the answering service, which will contact the appropriate personnel. When reporting an emergency, please provide your name, address, phone number and a brief explanation of the nature of the emergency. After placing your request please remain available for a return call; a City representative will contact you within 30 minutes of the time your call was placed.
