Surface Water 2010 Capital Important Program
The City of Sugar Land's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) furthers our commitment to meet today's needs as well as those of the future. From work on underground water and sewer lines to more visible projects such as street paving and the construction of a new City Hall at Town Square, the five-year CIP addresses the needs of the City through responsible City government with a comprehensive and cost-effective approach.
