Capital Improvements Program
This division coordinates the development of the annual five-year Capital Improvements Program and oversees the implementation of carryover and new projects. Other responsibilities include working with project managers and inspectors in the implementation of approved projects through coordination of design and engineering phases, the bid process, administration of construction contracts, inspection and final acceptance of improvements by the City.
