Office Hours

The Sugar Land Public Works Department provides 24 hour response to requests for Public Works related emergency services. To report an emergency during normal working hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday), call the Public Works Department at 281-275-2450.

After Hours

To report emergencies after normal working hours or on weekends, call 281-275-2450 to reach the answering service, which will contact the appropriate personnel. When reporting an emergency, please provide your name, address, phone number and a brief explanation of the nature of the emergency. After placing your request please remain available for a return call; a City representative will contact you within 30 minutes of the time your call was placed.
