Protect your car
Over 500 cars were burglarized last year while parked in Sugar Land. We are working hard to reduce this number, but we need your help. Ensure you always observe these tips when parking your car at home, work or while out on the town:

• Secure all items out of view, preferably in the trunk (for example, bags, purses, laptops).
• Ensure all of your doors are locked.
• NEVER leave a set of keys in your vehicle.
• Be alert to suspicious activity when you park and always report anything you see to the police department.
