Online Service Forms :

  • Information Request Form - Texas law gives you the right to access certain government records, such as law enforcement records. Government information is presumed to be available to the public. Certain exceptions may apply to this disclosure of information.
  • Lost Property Form - File a lost property report by completing the online form. It is possible that you will be contacted by an officer or detective in reference to this report.
  • House Watch Request - Remember to send this form at least three days before the date you are leaving in order to process your request properly. The House Watch Program is designed to provide homeowners a means of having their residence checked periodically by an officer when they are away from home on vacation or an extended weekend.
  • Citizens Police Academy - Apply for the Sugar Land Police Department's 14-week Citizen Police Academy online.
  • Bicycle Registration Form - Register bikes online, then bring them to the police department for engraving and ID tag attachment. If the registered bicycle is ever lost or stolen, the registration number, serial number and owner applied numbers will assist in the returning of the bicycle to the rightful owner.
  • Citizen Complaint Form - This form will be forwarded directly to the Office of Professional Standards. An investigator will conduct a follow-up interview.
  • Report a Crime Form - This form will be forwarded directly to the Criminal Investigation Division.
