Senior Ambassadors - Wanted!


Volunteers to assist at the Senior Center
The Parks and Recreation Department is seeking Senior Ambassadors to volunteer at the newly renovated Senior Center. We are looking for enthusiastic people to meet and greet visitors, teach classes, maintain the library and the information center - just to name a few things. Seniors interested can pick up an application at the Senior Center reception desk.
 
Bingo will be the 1st and 3rd* Friday of each month.

*Please bring canned food for the 3rd Friday "Bingo" only.

Bunco will be the 2nd Friday of each month.




Yahtzee will be the 4th Friday of each month.



 
Sweet Heart Ball

Doors open at 4:30 p.m.






Location:  First Colony Conference Center
3232 Austin Parkway

Come dance the night away with your sweet heart or if you don't have one, we'll find one for you! 

This years band will be the Ziggy Band so come out, enjoy the music and have a great time.
5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.








Tickets are $5 in advance or $7 at the door.
AARP Drivers Safety








Driver’s Safety class is sponsored by AARP Chapter #4075 and the
City of Sugar Land

Wednesday, February 15

Price is $14; AARP member discount $12.
Payable to AARP.

The course is NOT certified for ticket dismissal.
