Stress relief by focus on relaxation aspects of T'ai Chi (Tajji) in class before starting slow movements practice.
Beginner's 24 step & 24 step intermediates in the Wu (Hao) style of Tajji. Attire: Loose workout clothing, flat/rubber soled shoes.

The goal of this hour Hatha and Raja Yoga class is a simple and natural program involving four main principles:
  1. proper exercise through Asanas (poses) practiced slowly increasing oxygen intake during the accompanying deep breathing
  2. proper breathing

  4. positive thinking and meditation

Class is appropriate for those individuals who are fit and active as well as those who are sedentary, intimidated, and unfamiliar with exercise or entering post-rehabilitation progress and/or those who enjoy positive social environment.

Class is open to all children under four. Family time is a wonderful time to play and be silly. Come to our circle time to enjoy singing, dancing, and beanbag activities - all while encouraging children to socialize. Classes will also consist of open play, parachute and bubble time.
