Registration is accepted over the telephone if paying by American Express, Master Card or Visa.
If paying by cash or check customers will have to come to our office at 200 Matlage Way, Sugar Land, TX 77478 (diagonally across the street from the Sugar Land Post Office).

* Non-residents will be charged 25% increase on all fees.

The goal of this hour Hatha and Raja Yoga class is a simple and natural program involving four main principles:
  1. proper exercise through Asanas (poses) practiced slowly increasing oxygen intake during the accompanying deep breathing
  2. proper breathing
  3. proper relaxation
  4. positive thinking and meditation



FIT HAVING FUN

The goals of the class are to increase your muscular strength, range of movement, agility, balance and coordination as well as to improve your functional capacities, physical fitness level and sense of well being. Class is appropriate for those individuals who are fit and active as well as those who are sedentary, intimidated, and unfamiliar with exercise or entering post-rehabilitation progress and/or those who enjoy positive social environment.
