Reserving A Facility

Peak-Hours:  Friday after 5 p.m. until Sunday 10 p.m.

Sugar Land Residents, Businesses and Organizations that have a one-time rental can reserve facilities one year in advance from the day an application is filed.  Sugar Land Residents, Businesses and Organizations that have repetitive reservations, such as monthly meetings, can reserve facilities 6 months in advance from the day an application or request is filed and are limited to 1 reservation per month.  Multiple reservations per month can be made the 1st of that month. 

Non-Sugar Land Residents, Businesses and Organizations can reserve facilities 3 months in advance from the day an application is filed and are limited to 1 reservation per month.  Sugar Land and Non-Sugar Land Residents, Businesses and Organizations are allowed unlimited reservations 1 month in advance from the day an application or request is filed.  Multiple reservations per month can be made the 1st of that month. 

Non-Peak Hours:  Monday - Friday until 4 p.m.

Non-Sugar Land Residents, Businesses and Organizations can reserve facilities 3 months in advance from the day an application is filed and are limited to 1 reservation per week.  Sugar Land and Non-Sugar Land Residents, Businesses and Organizations are allowed unlimited reservations 1 month in advance from the day an application or request is filed.  Multiple reservations per month can be made the 1st of that month. 

Resident:  A person, business or organization that resides within the corporate city limits of Sugar Land.

Nonprofit Organization:  shall be considered a nonprofit organization if they are currently recognized as
exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).

Apply in writing to the Parks and Recreation Department with proof that the organization meets all of the following criteria:

a.  The organization is based in Sugar Land

b.  A majority of participants are Sugar Land Residents

c.  The organization is open to all Sugar Land Residents

d.  The organization benefits Sugar Land Residents
