Rental Fees for Non-Residents

Description	Fees
Security Deposit Due at the time of application.	$250.00
Room Rental Due 10 working days prior to the function	$43.75 per hour Non Peak, $62.50 Peak, $24.38 Non-Profit/Non Peak Calculated from the time you set–up to the time you clean up and exit the building.
Clean Up (Staff of 2) Will be deducted from deposit	$25.00 per hour
Security Officer – 3 hours min. (Non Peak) and 4 hour min. (Peak) Due 10 working days prior to the function.	$25.00 per hour Calculated from the time your guests arrive to the time you exit the building.
Changes & Cancellation Charges	Prior to 30 days = $0 10 workdays to 1 month =$50 within 10 workdays =rental and security fees forfeited
Key Delivery charge or key not returned.	$50
Call Out Non – emergency, not fault or responsibility of the City.	$50 per hour or any part of an hour
