This 50 acre park site was donated to the City by the late Mr. Walter and Virginia Duhacsek.
This homestead is filled with huge hand-grafted pecan trees. It holds the third largest pecan tree in Texas. This facility is available for reservations for groups up to 40 people. Located at the intersection of Voss Road and Old Richmond Road. The facility consists of 20 parking spaces, 1 picnic table and 2 restrooms.
This park is being developed to accommodate activities of youth groups such as, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and the YMCA for day camp activities. It will also be an ideal setting for company or church picnics. It has large open spaces for group gatherings as well as wooded areas for nature walks.
