Make Internet Payments of Court Violations, Including Warrants: A menu-driven format guides the user through the payment procedure, using a MasterCard or Visa credit card. There is a processing fee.  If you don't know the fine amount, you may call our automated voice response system at 281-275-2601 for English or 281-275-2602 for Spanish. You may access this service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Making a payment with Official Payments Corp. is fast, easy and safe. It takes just six simple steps. In about four minutes, your transaction will be complete. You need not be a registered user to make a payment.

Select “Local” Service Type.  To refine the list of payment types to those in the area to which you wish to make a payment, enter the appropriate ZIP Code or Jurisdiction Code.  For example, ZIP codes for the City of Sugar Land would include 77478 or 77479.

Local - Select the Payment Type from the pulldown list, and then enter the amount of your payment including penalties, fees, and interest. Do not include the convenience fee in the payment amount. It will be calculated for you on Step 3.

The convenience fee for using the service will be calculated, and you will be presented with the Total Payment amount including convenience fee. You will then be asked to accept the Terms of Use of this transaction.

Enter the contact information for the person who owes the tax or fee, the credit or debit card information (which does not have to match the payer information), and any additional information required to complete the payment form.

Review and confirm the information you provided in Step 4. This is your opportunity to go back and make any changes before submitting your payment. Note, as a security measure, you will be required to re-enter your Social Security Number and any card information if you return to Step 4 to make changes to the information you provided on the form.

Receive your confirmation number and digital receipt. Once your payment has been submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation if you provide your e-mail address. We encourage you to print the receipt for your records.
