Assistant Chief Gerald L.Cullar

Fire Marshal

Assistant Chief Gerald L. Cullar serves as Sugar Land's Fire Marshal, which includes fire inspection and arson investigation.

A 26-year veteran of the Sugar Land Fire Department, he is certified as a firefighter, fire inspector and arson investigator. 

Cullar is also a member of the Texas Advisory Council on Arson.

Other employees of the Fire Marshal's Office, include Senior Inspector Ronnie Matthiesen, Inspector James Serrano, Inspector Mike Kugler, Inspector Brad Easley and Senior Secretary Catina Villanueva.
