Mixed Use Conservation District
Characteristics of Mixed Use Conservation District
Over the summer, the Planning staff researched the district, conducted fieldwork, and analyzed results, all with the intent of defining the physical character of the district. Sources of information included Fort Bend CAD records for examining lot and building sizes, lot coverage, and age of structures, and aerial photography for determining current building setbacks. Fieldwork was conducted and photos were taken to identify common architectural features. Results were then analyzed.
The following document represents a summary of findings by the Planning staff regarding the physical character of the district.
