Sweep Violations:  Code & Rental Inspectors conducted a sweep at Westmount Square Townhouses and identified 41 violations.

Notes:

  • At least 1 direct phone call every 4-minutes of the 9-hour day of business operations continued.  (135 calls a day).  These calls are primarily permit and building related. Other calls answered are directed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Open record requests: 5
  • A total of 18 masters, 3 journeymen, 5 apprentices, and 1 maintenance electrician licenses were processed this month.
  • From 9/16/08 thru 4/30/09 a total of 951 re-roof permits were issued due to Hurricane Ike.  100 of this total were issued in April.
