City of Sugar Land

In accordance with HB3693 requesting that cities post their annual energy consumption figures to a publicly accessible website, the following figures are reported:

The City purchases natural gas from Center Point Energy. In calendar year 2011, the City purchased a total of 24,221 cubic feet (CCF) of natural gas.

The City purchases electricity from Direct Energy. In calendar year 2011, the City purchased a total of 48,557,458 kilowatt hours.

The City purchases water from Fort Bend MUD #25, Fort Bend MUD #41, Fort Bend MUD #109, and the City of Sugar Land. In calendar year 2011, the City purchased a total of 132,149,400 gallons of water.
