The boundaries of the four single-member council districts are established by Ordinance No. 1832, approved by the city council on September 20, 2011.
Preclearance approval is pending with the U.S Justice Department, Civil Rights Division for the 2011 Redistricting Plan.
The boundaries of the four single-member districts follow the boundaries as shown on the district map (PDF of District Map | Interactive Site of District Map).
The subdivisions of each district and voter precincts are further described by reference.
