Executive Summary |

|
Public Works staff and a representative of PGAL Architects will present the findings of a master plan study of the City’s Public Works/Utilities Maintenance Facility. The purpose of the study was to determine the future needs in accommodating the administration and field operations for the Public Works, Utilities and Fleet operations. The master plan addresses: · Office space needs · Material storage · Vehicle storage · Site circulation · Parking · Ingress/egress · Drainage · Other support functions The study uses existing infrastructure along with new buildings to accommodate the current growth in equipment and personnel as well as improvements that are proposed for the facility based on projected population levels. The study is the initial step before commencing with the design of the facility. |
