There are five (5) executive hangar lease sites in the new T-Hangar Complex. The first site (0.76 acres) will be leased to Longhorn Holding LLC, to construct an 80’ x 80’ hangar with attached office space, landscaping and parking. Section 5.1.3 Executive Hangars
An executive hangar is a small to medium size hangar, owned or leased
by an individual or business to house their aircraft. Land on which to build the hangar is leased
from the Airport. The executive hangar
must meet the following minimum requirements: ·
Minimum Land Lease: 10,000 SF ·
Minimum Hangar Size: 75’ x 75’ ·
Minimum Door Height: 15’ Improvements must adhere to: the
Airport’s Exterior Building and Site Standards, Interior Building Standards
for Corporate, Business and Executive Hangars, Exterior Signage and Graphic
Standards. The lease term is for thirty (30) years, at a rate of $1,378 per month for the first five years, with a 10% increase every five years. The effective date for the lease is December 1, 2009. |
