For the past several weeks, staff and various consultants have been working on issues regarding quality of life and due diligence related to the construction of a minor league stadium on the Tract 3/Imperial site. The studies related to the quality of life include:

At the City Council meeting on August 24th, we will discuss the results of those reports which we have received, preliminary results of the ongoing studies and the timeline for completion of all the work currently underway. In any case, all investigations and studies will be complete prior to September 7, 2010. |
