Discuss commercial or financial information the City has received from one or more business prospects that the City seeks to have locate in the City and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations for a partnership for the development of a minor league baseball stadium and discuss the offer of financial or other incentives to one or more of the business prospects for the project.  Ms. Regina Morales, Director of Economic Development.
