Approval of Telfair Section 10 Final Plat

Executive Summary

This is the proposed Final Plat of Telfair Section 10, consisting of approximately 28.19 acres and 92 residential single family lots.  The  Preliminary plat for was approved by the Commission on October 13, 2009 with 3 conditions of approval to be met prior to Final Plat, which were: 1) approval of permanent zoning for the site; 2) approval of Telfair General Plan Amendment No. 4, and 3) correction of typographic errors on plat.  Permanent zoning for the site was approved by City Council on December 15, 2009.  The Telfair General Plan Amendment No. 4 was approved by City Council on November 17, 2009.  The typographical errors have been corrected.  The zoning for the property is Standard Single-Family Residential (R-1) and it is located in MUD 137 and in LID 17.  The plat abuts Section 13 which is located to the North and will gain access from Chatham Avenue and New Territory Boulevard, which serve as collector streets for points of access.  The proposed Final Plat complies with the current Telfair General Plan as well as all applicable development regulations.
