Consideration of and action on Sugar Land 4B Corporation Fiscal Year 2008 carryovers in the amount of  $800,000.00 in revenues and $429,686.00 in expenditures; and authorizing Fiscal Year 2009 budget adjustment.  Ms. Jennifer Brown, Budget and Research Director.

CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT

A.

Consideration of and action on authorizing execution of  an Agreement by and between the Sugar Land 4B Corporation and the City of Sugar Land in the amount of $75,000.00 for support services.  Ms. Jennifer Brown, Budget and Research Director.

B.

Consideration and action on authorizing execution of a Contract by and between Sugar Land 4B Corporation and Greater Fort Bend Economic Development Council for County-Wide Branding and Marketing Program.  Ms. Regina Morales, Director of Economic Development.
