PUBLIC COMMENTS

Citizens who desire to address the Board with regard to matters on the agenda will be received at this time.  The number of speakers will be limited to the first ten (10) speakers and each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes.

Comment or discussion by any member of the board shall be made only at the time the subject is scheduled for consideration on the board agenda in accordance with Government Code Section 551.042.

ORIENTATION

A.

Consideration of and action on election of Vice Chairman for the period October 2007 through September 2008.  Mr. Joe Chesser, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director.

DIRECTOR REPORT

A.

Review of and discussion on Director report for September and October 2007.  Mr. Joe Chesser, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director.
