Executive Summary
As new members are appointed to the Sugar Land 4B Board, orientation and training as to the Board Members’ role in the economic development process and their duties is necessary to insure the successful participation in the decision making process. The orientation and training will include: an overview of economic development and 4B project activities, quality of life opportunities within the City of Sugar Land that promote economic development, objectives for the corporation and proposed uses of 4B sales tax funds including limitations on use of these funds.
