Executive Summary |
||||
|
This proposed ordinance adds a fee for the administrative process involved in review for a Site Development Permit for construction proposed within the Mixed Use Conservation (MUC) District. This new process is made possible by the Development Code amendment as outlined in Ordinance No. 1645. Currently, the Code of Ordinances requires a fee for the processing of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application for the district. The new Development Code amendments remove the CUP process and replace it with a Site Development Permit that can be approvable by staff. If the staff cannot approve the plans, there is an option for review and approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission , with an appeal option to Council. We are proposing to keep the existing fee structure that applied to the CUP process in the MUC District and apply it to the Site Development Permit process. Therefore, the Code of Ordinances is required to be amended to reflect this change. File No. 8401 |
