Discuss status of the Fort Bend County Toll Bridge Feasibility Study being conducted by consultant KBR, Inc. |
Executive Summary |
The Engineering
Department met with the consultant KBR, Inc. to discuss the proposed
alternatives for the feasibility study of a proposed toll bridge that would
connect the south side of the Brazos River community to the north side. The bridge is proposed to extend from
University Boulevard south making a connection south of the Brazos to a
roadway that will be constructed to FM 2759. This workshop will include an update on the proposed alternatives, the County’s next steps, traffic data received as part of the study and the impact to existing City streets, as well as gaining input and direction from City Council on this project. |
