Executive Summary |

|
SunGard HTE Inc is the software publisher of our corporate, general business system that is used to manage typical functions such as financials, planning and zoning, permitting, utilities and e‑government extensions; see the attached schedule of software application modules. We have been using the HTE product since 1993. This is a request to renew our maintenance agreement for another year. Renewal entitles us to receive regular software enhancements as they become available, current user and system documentation and 24/7 support. The terms and fee for the software and support are consistent with prior years charges. Renewal of the SunGard HTE Inc maintenance is budgeted in the FY07 Information Technology accounts 010‑1125‑511.41‑80 and 010‑1126‑511.41‑80. The contract is automatically renewed upon receipt of a purchase order. |
