Executive Summary

Staff will review the City’s Economic Development program for the past fiscal year and a performance summary from 1999 to present.  The Department’s programs being reviewed:

·         Business Retention and Expansion

·         New Business Recruitment

·         Incentive Programs and established guidelines

·         Retail Development

·         Tourism

·         CDBG, SLDC, 4B

·         Enhanced Informational Resources

·         National marketing: Branding/Image – program elements

·         Proposed programs for upcoming fiscal year
