Citizens who desire to address the Board with regard to matters on the agenda will be received at this time.  The number of speakers will be limited to the first ten (10) speakers and each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes.

Comment or discussion by any member of the board shall be made only at the time the subject is scheduled for consideration on the board agenda in accordance with Government Code Section 551.042.

Review of and discussion on Sugar Land Hike and Bike Trail Master Plan update.  Mr. Joe Chesser, Interim Director of Parks and Recreation.

B.

Review of and discussion on Settlers Way Parkland Master Plan.  Ms. Kimberley Terrell, Parks Development Manager.

IV.

DIRECTOR REPORT

A.

Review of and discussion on Director report for May, June and July 2007.  Mr. Joe Chesser, Interim Director of Parks and Recreation.
